Boomtown Casino Fills in Five Minutes

Boomtown is the friendliest and trendiest local casino. It is the favorite casino for among the locals and it also has a wide following from the loyal supporters in Florida. Everyone is excited about the reopening of the casino and most of the people waiting at the front line of the casino were from the Sunshine state.

One couple even drove from the Apalachicola Bay just to be present at the re-launching of the Boomtown casino. Another pair had decided to stay for another night just to be the first ones to feel the ambience of the friendliest casino.

Pat Murphy, the general manager of Boomtown casino is standing at the entrance door as he greets and welcomes the people after it opened at ten in the morning. There were no extensive alteration made in the layout and theme of the casino. It still has the same ambience that casino players have loved since the beginning. But this time the children's arcade, family fun center, which also offers a babysitting assistance is no longer around.

The Boomtown casino decided that more slot machines and a restaurant will take the place the family fun center previously occupied.

Murphy, said that everyone, especially the employees, are all been very excited about the reopening of the casino.

Larry Gregory the executive director of the Mississippi Gaming Commission, and Rep. Bobby Moak, the Chairman of the House Gaming Committee have observed all the preparations and arrangements leading to the pilot opening of the casino.

Rep. Moak said that surprisingly, people already packed the casino gaming area in just five minutes.

Boomtown is a local casino that has no hotel rooms. It renovated and improved its gaming area and added more slot machines. It now offers twenty two table games and one thousand slot machines.

Penn National Gaming owns the Boomtown Casino and aside from this, they are rebuilding the Bay St. Louis property as Hollywood casino. Hollywood casino will have its grand opening later this year.
